We have a dedicated project management office that specialises in technology delivery and have experience at all stages of the programme lifecycle, including supporting service development from pre-alpha onwards.

Whilst implementation phases are run as a series of agile sprints, the inputs, outputs and processes governing them are closely monitored and tightly controlled.

What the Heck is a ‘Fuzzy Action’?

When something is described as ‘fuzzy’ it means ‘approximate’. In the case of ‘fuzzy actions’ in our RPA as a Service, what it means is if you provide an RPA some data, a fuzzy action would be ‘It could be related to this, I’ll file it here”. This is what goes into embedding intelligence.

Of course, this would be useless if we taught the machine actions that aren’t related to the end-user’s role or tasks. So, we take data you’ve already gathered from people doing it manually and then do machine learning to provide intelligence.

These lead on from the fuzzy actions.

One of the things you can do is scan a paper document in, it will take the image and extract information from it. This is a shrink-wrapped service so will not need to be bespoke.
